Xulfi's Prediction Came True - 'Pasoori' in the Top 5 of Spotify' Global Chart

A month ago, coke studio released a masterpiece named 'Pasoori', and since then it has been everywhere - covers, fan arts, and TikToks of course. Everyone has put the song on replay since its release. Due to the continuous play, Pasoori has claimed up to the 3rd spot on Spotify's global chart and also hit the number 1 spot on Indian Spotify. We all know that it was well deserved and everyone on the team is celebrating.

Ali Sethi shared the news on Instagram with a narrative that the prediction of Xulfi, which he made one year ago, came true. "One year ago, when Zulfiqar J. Khan heard this tune I’d sent him on a voice note, he told me with enormous calm that it will enter the global charts. I laughed, drank my coffee and put it out of mind. Today I woke up to this… Insanely happy for Abdullah Siddiqui, Shae Gill, Sherry Khattak and Zulfiqar J. Khan — many many congratulations to us and a EDDA VADDA thanks to all you lovers — dildaars and sab yaars [all friends] — who are pow-ing this #pasoori at the GLOBAL LEVEL,"

In fact the person who predicted it, was still surprised by the charts. "Speechless. Even though it was part of our vision that our music, Pakistan’s music, reaches the global charts, this happening in reality has blown me away beautifully. Blown all of us away. Allah ka shukar hai. Thank you people for the infinite love you’ve given to the music. Infinite. Well done team!"

The comment section of Sethi's post on Instagram was filled with well-wishes on Pasoori's global success. Faisal Kapadia, Misha Japanwala, Mira Sethi, and Hasan Raheem were among the first to comment.

Sethi's put another chart on his story in which Pasoori was on the 1st spot in Indian Spotify with a caption, "Okay India you win."
