Europe Gas Supply in Jeopardy

President Vladimir has threatened Europe to pay in Russian currency for one-third of Russia's gas supply to Europe. This is by far the most decent step by Putin to crush the Ukraine invasion sanctions. The threat has been rejected by the European governments, Germany is calling it "blackmail". Moscow had planned for buyers to obtain roubles from the Russian bank. Europe wants to get rid of Russian energy but it can have a huge impact on fuel prices. Russia also has its biggest revenue source at stake. Russian invasion has killed thousands of people, destroyed countless buildings, and made a quarter of the Ukrainian population homeless. “They must open rouble accounts in Russian banks. It is from these accounts that payments will be made for gas delivered starting from tomorrow,” he said on Thursday, adding that Europe had until now been getting some gas for free because it was paying in euros then freezing them. “If such payments are not made (in roubles), we will conside...

TikTok told TechCrunch that " Currently, we’re expanding a pilot test, which provides creators with additional formats to bring their creative ideas to life for the TikTok community,” this doesn't say anything about the number of users included in the beta testing phase or about the complete update.
